Post Burn Hand Contracture
16 year old girl, History of joined fingers and partial fingers in hand and foot. she was diagnosed as constriction ring syndrom. she was posted for surgery. we released syndactyly. Used full thickness skin graft. these kinds of surgery are usully performed at one year age. this KId presented to us at 8 years of age.
