Reverse sural artery flap for Heel Defect
65 year old female patient with h/o injury to left leg eith heel defect, exposed tendoachlies and calcaneum. patient is known tobbaco chewer and on doppler , it shows biphasic flow of all the vessels. Reverse Sural artery flap was planned. As she has biphasic flow , a initial delay was done.
