Non Healing ulcer over middle finger
15 year old male , met with a work place accident, injuring his right hand middle finger, he consulted local doctor, he fixed the wound with wire and sutures, wound wasn't healing for 2 months. He presented to us with non healing ulcer with pus over middle finger of right hand distal phalanx. x ray on our presentation showed osteomyelitis bone. We did Debridement and cleaned up the osteomyelitic bone . Sutured the wound and follwed up. the wound healed in 2 weeks. The person is back to normal work.
